As a Certified GAPS Coach I provide practical, non-clinical, hands-on support to implement the Gut And Psychology/Physiology Syndrome (GAPS) Nutritional protocol based on the books by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride.

I guide clients through food sourcing, cooking techniques, (like fermentation and broth) and kitchen/home detoxification, helping to heal and seal the gut lining and address chronic issues. I focus on the “How-to” of sourcing, shopping, kitchen set-up, cooking, and providing coaching support.

I can help with overcoming overwhelm by providing structure and encouragement when the protocol feels too difficult. I help with practical tools like offering recipes, meal planning and techniques for fermenting and cooking nutrient dense foods.

I can help with environmental detox by helping you to remove toxic products from your home. I can conduct a pantry sweep, supervise kitchen and equipment preparation steps and food sourcing exercises. I can help you to “green” your home and workplace in a practical, hands-on fashion with you in-person or on-line.

I am passionate about helping people to live their best lives. Beyond GAPS I am a Brand Partner and Business Builder with Young Living Essential Oils and have incorporated them into every aspect of my life. I am highly trained in the effective use of oils and oil infused products in cleaning up our lives and bodies from toxic exposure and enhancing our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

I have extensive spiritual life training as well as personality science trainer Certification, with Color Code International. I meet you where you are in your life journey and help you to connect with your true self. I am here to support you every step of the way.
